Product Description
This leading-edge book by Esther and Jerry Hicks, who present the teachings of the Non-Physical entity Abraham, will help you understand the emotions that you’ve been experiencing all of your life. Instead of the out-of-control, knee-jerk reactions that most people have to their ever-changing life experience, this work will put those responses into a broader context. You’ll come to understand what emotions are, what each of them means, and how to effectively utilize your new awareness of them. As you read, you’ll come to appreciate, and make peace with, where you are right now, even though there is so much more that you may desire. Every thought you absorb will bring you to a greater understanding of your own personal value and will show you how to open your own doors to whatever you may wish to be, do, or have. And as you turn the last page of this book, you will very likely find yourself thinking, I have always known this, but now, I know this!

I love this Brain Chemical Addiction Message December 2, 2008 And I also tend to agree with it, the message that is, not necessarily all the things in the book. Superbly written and endearing. Not a fan of the whole channeling thing, but don't let that hinder the good insights within this book.

A bit to long.... November 25, 2008 I received my book and it was in very good condition, I couldnt understand why it took 3 weeks to receive it tho.
a new way to understand what emotions are! November 23, 2008 just goes to show you how perfectly designed we all are. this book redefines your relationship to your emotions and teaches you how to see them as indicators...your navigational indicators that tell you how you're moving through this physical trail.
i LOVED the insights i gained through reading this. it will absolutely redefine the way you interpret your emotions and respond to them. we all come with inner guidance. your own built-in emotional response system.
everything you need to move through this life with ease is WITHIN YOU.
life is perfectly orchestrated and so is everything about you!
Astonishing Knowledge October 16, 2008 This book makes clear what our emotions really are! A must read to take control of your life and create a joyful experience. Thank you Abraham, Esther and Jerry.
Some Practical Solutions. October 14, 2008 I liked reading the book, turned out to be an easy read, in the sense it does not require the highest order thinking to comprehend! The suggestions are nice and practical. The first part of the book sets the conceptual background- aligning your thoughts, letting go of the oars, upstream vs downstream, inner being and so on. As you absorb these concepts you are well advised to keep the patience, the real practical advise is just around the corner! The practical solutions come in part II of the book and if you are short on time, you can actually jump to part II of the book straight. In part II the author walks us through different scenarios which I am sure a lot of us can relate to- 1) I can not lose weight 2) I am disorganized 3) I am not happy at work 4) I have illness in my family 5) I have kids who fight constantly 6)I am getting divorced, breakup ..the list goes on. I did find them useful, it puts you in the right mental framework to attack the problem at hand. Of course no amount of preaching can substitute for action, so if you are hoping for quick fix or a holy grail, this is certainly not it. But if you are willing to put in the effort, the book points to many strategies in the right direction. One has to agree with that, actually it is not just this book but any other good self-help book, where basically the emphasis is on positive self talk. This book is no different, other than some practical strategies in part II of the book! Enjoy and Absorb!!
