Superb November 10, 2006 I am a novice boater and I recently joined USPS and completed several courses including Seamanship, Piloting and am currently enrolled in Advanced Piloting which includes a section on GPS. This book certainly helped me with this course. I highly recommend it

This was a most disappointing book. It was not at all helpful and basically a waste of money.
