Product Description What lies beneath Barack Obama's well-polished rhetoric will shock you. Obama touts 'change' but his version is nothing less than a frontal assault on American values and traditions. Obama's goal? Bring America to her knees through a policy of 'managed decline.' On his watch, our great nation will become a second-rate country on a downhill slide. In The Audacity of Deceit, Brad O'Leary takes you deep inside Obama's plans to dismantle the Second Amendment and destroy our economy while putting us in thrall to the United Nations and laying waste to all that millions of Americans hold dear. You'll learn:.How Obama's fatherless childhood mirrors that of Bill Clinton's and fuels his obsession with fame and power at any cost..How his tax plan would raise rates to a Hoover-like 60% and eviscerate America's economy..How the U.S. Treasury will become the United Nations' ATM..Why Obama wants to keep fuel prices high and Americans immobilized..The '0 to 5' initiative designed to transfer child-rearing from parents to the state. Here are the ugly facts about Barack Obama.

Stop lying, you false reviewers November 21, 2008 I admit I have only skimmed this book. I did read every review here so far, and it is obvious all the 1-star "commentos" have not read this book. I disagree that "most of America doesnt share his values", they agree what THEY think his values are. There is a big difference between agreeing and disagreeing. obama played this game very tactfully.
Lets just hope he uses his brilliance to do good, instead of an evil political superhero or something.
'nuff said.
My God What Have We Done November 21, 2008 In spite of the frightening truth presented in many media before the election, and even though 58 million Americans were terrified enough to vote against him, there were more Americans who decided that "making history" by electing our first Black president superceded all the warnings, all the darkness, all the anger that surrounds this man and would have eliminated any other candidate out of the box.
Well, America, we will make history indeed. But it will be for reasons more tragic and heartbreaking. We have given up America to a White House and Congress who will work in concert to impose their socialist/Marxist philosophies on us. This will require them to trash the Constitution, rewrite legislation that currently encourages Capitalism in order to punish the evil profiteers. We are doomed to a repeat of Jimmy Carter's presidency, where double digit inflation and mortgage rates ruled.
Conservatives, Capitalists, Americans, have only themselves to blame. We took our freedom for granted. And while we worked, the wolf crept in, convincing the frightened masses that he was the ANSWER, "THE ONE WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR", and they surrendered to him.
In a recent interview, COS Rahm Emmanuel said that the current crisis was a perfect opportunity for Democrats to get things done that they might not be able to do otherwise. (You can search online for Emmanuel, don't waste a crisis - and see the actual video). In other words, they WANT the crisis to last, and they intend to exploit our fear and uncertainty in order to push through an agenda that would not get support in more rational times. This sounded oddly familiar to me, not unlike another regime that came to power in Europe, in much the same circumstances. That didn't end well for quite a few people.
Audacity of 'Truth'?!?!?! November 18, 2008 'All' this book did was solidify MY reasons to distrust this man. However, it also gave me a 'checklist' to watch for during Obama's term as President of the United States.
agree to a point November 14, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I agreed with every chapter in this book, except for the one on free trade. So, we're lifting the Chinese out of poverty by importing goods from China. But, what about all the Americans who have gone into poverty as their jobs have been shipped to China, Mexico, and a host of other countries? And, what about all those dogs and cats killed by melamine-contaminated pet food imported from China, the children suffering brain damage from lead in Chinese-made Mattel toys, or the melamine-laced baby formula sitting on ships at US ports? As for Wal*Mart, selling "affordable" clothes to the elderly, this company doesn't pay their employees worth a damn. Having worked there for 12+ years, I know what I'm talking about. Maybe we don't need the level of protectionism Hoover imposed. But, we do need more than we've got now. Lowering the corporate tax rate to the point that the jobs start coming back home would be a good start.
The Audacity of Brad O'Leary Calling Himself an Author November 14, 2008 0 out of 6 found this review helpful
If there's any deceit going on here, it by Brad O'Leary posing as an informed author-or maybe any kind of author.
Under pretense of knowing Mr. Obama's ideology, your attempt to read the mind of the gentleman who is now to be our next president and try to make us believe it is ludicrous. Unless you are clairvoyant, which I'm sure you're not, you can't begin to know how Mr. Obama thinks. Your sadistic attempt to slander Mr. Obama's views to frighten people away from voting for this brilliant politician while attempting to get rich doing so has failed miserably as I hope your book has. Fortunately, it didn't work.
I'd give minus 5 stars if it were possible.
